If you receive your order and it isn't correct for whatever reason, you have 14 days to return the item for a full refund. If the return is postmarked 14 to 21 days after purchase, you will receive a store credit. If the purchase is returned after 21 days, it is ineligible for a refund. Special Orders are not eligible for a refund. Sale merchandise or products marked Final Sale are also not eligible for refunds.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If it is damaged in transit, it will not be eligible for a refund so we highly recommend you get insurance from your shipping carrier. The buyer is responsible for cost of returning the item. Please include a quick note inside the package of the reason for return and, if available, a copy of the receipt. This is optional, because I do have a copy of the original purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once I receive your return, I will email you to notify you that it was received. If your return is approved, I will credit your payment back to the original method of payment. If you do not see your refund within a few days of returning your item, please email me and let me know.
